Data controller

The Data Controller is: Officina Meccanica Marchetti S.r.l., Via Bizzarri 19/21, 40010 SALA BOLOGNESE (BO); hereinafter also referred to as “OFFICINA MECCANICA MARCHETTI”.

Data and purposes of processing

OFFICINA MECCANICA MARCHETTI informs users of the website that the data collected shall only be used for the purposes specified below. The data being processed are browsing data and data provided intentionally by the user.

The data being processed shall not be disclosed. Employees of the companies that operate as persons authorised for data processing according to their jobs and adequately instructed.
External Processors pursuant to art.28 GDPR.
